Jesse Winter is a professional photographer living and working in New York City. He specializes in environmental portraits and commercial photography.
His portrait subjects include: Laurie Anderson, Tony Bennett, George W. Bush, Danny DeVito, Philip Glass, Terry Gross, Bill T. Jones, Cindy Sherman, Oliver Stone, Salman Rushie and Tony Vaccaro.
Other projects have ranged from shooting hip-hop performers and tattoo artists to photographing corporate teams and chief executives for organizations like Bloomberg and IAC. Jesse is widely traveled and has curated photo essays from trips to Las Vegas, Death Valley, Colombia and South Africa. He has also volunteered his services for non-profits such as Flashes of Hope, Harlem Villages Academies, New York Cares and the Lupus Foundation.
A native of Ithaca, New York, Jesse is a graduate of Earlham College in Indiana and holds a BFA in Photo Illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is the owner of TEN10 STUDIOS and lives nearby with his wife, Melissa.
